Product Photography Service


Half Day - up to 4 hours photo shoot in a studio environment or at the client's workplace (creative fee, images not included)

Full Day - up to 8 hours photo shoot in a studio environment or at the client's workplace (creative fee, images not included)

Basic/Pro Retouching - must be purchased to receive images from the photo shoot. All images are sent via file transfer as JPEGs. Original/RAW files are not for sale.

Flat Lays - photographed in a studio environment. The client provides a  product and props if required.

Packshots - photographed in a studio environment. The client provides a  product and props if required.

In Action - photographed in a studio environment or location. The client provides a model and props if required.

Packages

The packages listed in a service are used as incentive. All the image credit purchased is not transfarable and must be used for the same photo shoot / order. Once the images are release to the client, the image credit is reset to zero. 

The photographer reserves the right to remove packages from website without any prior notice. 

Photo shoot locations

Studio environment

Based on a brief, the client will be instructed where to deliver products. The Studio Hire Fee may apply. The fee will be discussed prior to a photo shoot booking. 

Client's workplace

The Client's workplace must be within 15 miles from RH10. Should the workplace be further than 15 miles from RH10, the £1 per mile charge applies. Calculated as RH10 start of the trip, the Client's workplace end of the trip.

The brief

Grzegorz Iwanski will only accept the assignment when the brief has been provided via email. The photographer reserves the right to refuse the assignment.

The product

The photographer will photograph a product(s):

  • up to 100cm at the longest edge and up to 5kg if the product needs to be moved by the photographer
  • any size product if the client arranges what and/or who is needed to move or/and operate a product

The photographer does not take any responsibility for any damages caused and/or misplaced items during the photo shoot. 

The client is responsible for arranging a delivery and pickup of a product(s).

The files

The client provides all the files for retouching including permissions and licences if the images are from stock images and/or photographed by other photographers.

The props

The client provides all the props to be featured with the main product. Permission/licence to use third party products/logos must be provided before the photo shoot.

The turnaround

The turnaround depends on:

  • a service chosen
  • amount of images chosen by the client

The estimated completion date will be emailed to the client before commencing the assignment.

The proofs

The proofs will be available via password-protected gallery. The client has the right to one review per image. All reviews must be submitted at the same time to qualify as a free review. Additional fee applies to more than one review.

Digital content release

The Photographer will only release the digital content from the session once the full payment is paid to the photographer’s account.

Licence

Grzegorz Iwanski maintains free creative licence with respect to the artistry, style, and composition of photographs and videos.

Quality

Client understands that the Photographer uses a fully calibrated equipment and that ensures what the Photographer sees is what the Photographer gets in print. However, the actual colours the Client sees depends on the Client computer/laptop/tablet and print labs for prints and other factors beyond the Photographer control.

Style

Client understands that they have viewed samples of previous work online and is satisfied with the overall style of photography that is presented but understands that creative licence and differences in locations and lighting allow for variations in composition, backgrounds, and colour tones of the photographs.

Storage

Once Photographer has completed a client’s order by exchanging digital content for full payment, Photographer shall not be liable for storing the digital content for Client, unless Client submits additional orders at the ordering session and/or rents files storage for additional fee.

Refunds

Should the photographer fail to respond within 24hrs after the purchase has been made. The client will have an option to receive one of the following:

  • a full refund
  • 30% OFF of next order if the client proceeds with the current order.

Due to the custom nature of the work, no refunds will be provided for any orders resulting from this assignment for digital content, prints or photographic products once any work has commenced on the order.

This Client Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into, and is effective as of the Agreement Date (as defined in "The Photographer") by and between Grzegorz Iwanski / giwanski.com (“Photographer”) and the person(s) identified as the Client in "The Client" of this Agreement

1. Definitions

1.1. “Assignment” refers to the portrait session and related photography described in "Type of Session" of the Agreement that Client is specifically commissioning Photographer to perform.

1.2. “Cancellation” means that the Assignment is cancelled by Client and not rescheduled. In the event of cancellation, Client will be responsible for those fees, costs and charges set forth in section 3.1 below.

1.3. “Postponement” is the rescheduling of the Assignment by the Client at least 48 hours prior to the Assignment to a mutually agreeable date, and no more than 30 calendar days after the original Assignment date.

1.4 “Work” means all photographic images, negatives, digital files, prints or other materials created by Photographer while performing the Assignment.

2. PAYMENT SCHEDULE

The first payment described on page 2 of the Agreement is due and payable upon scheduling of Assignment. The final payment described on page 2 of the Agreement is due and payable before the day of images/video release to the Client.

3. POSTPONEMENT, CANCELLATION, TERMINATION & LIQUIDATED DAMAGES

3.1 CANCELLATION / POSTPONMENT / RESHOOT

If a confirmed shoot is cancelled, postponed or it is necessary to reshoot for reasons outside the control of the Photographer (including but not limited to unsuitable weather / light), the following fees plus expenses in all cases are applicable: On shoots of two days duration or less, cancellation within 2 days notice =100% of fees plus expenses incurred. Between 3 & 6 days notice = 75% fees plus expenses incurred. 7 days notice and over = 25% of fees plus expenses incurred. On shoots in excess of 2 days duration, cancellation within the number of shoot days or less = 100% of fees plus expenses incurred, within twice the number of shoot days = 75% fees plus expenses incurred, in excess of twice the number of shoot days 20% fees plus expenses incurred.

3.2 TERMINATION OF THE PHOTO SHOOT

The photographer reserves the right to terminate the photo video shoot when the photo video shoot goes beyond what has been agreed in the brief. Client will not be refunded.

3.3 COOPERATION / NO SHOWS

Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during photo/video sessions, or for missed images/videos due to details not revealed to Photographer. If Client and/or key individuals fail to appear to a scheduled photo/video session, the 50% retainer is non-refundable. The session can be rescheduled at the original session fee. 

4.REFUND

If the photographer cannot turn up on the chosen date (illness, personal problems), the client will be refunded 100% plus they will be given 25%OFF if they decide to use the services again.

5. NO WARRANTY OF LONGEVITY

Photographer does not warrant the longevity in quality of any digital media or files delivered to Client. Client bears the sole responsibility for backing up, archiving, and maintaining the integrity of the files.
